This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs. Answer phone calls promptly and assist with inquiries regarding reservations, services, and hotel amenities. Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software. Perform night audit duties as required to ensure all financial transactions are balanced. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and activities to enhance the guest experience. Uphold the hotel’s standards of cleanliness, safety, and security. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
