The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality and also be able to work mid-shifts as needed. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and up to date. Operate phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest needs. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience. Assist in processing payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not required. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is advantageous. A background in hospitality management or related fields will be considered an asset.
