This will be primarily for our South Charlotte location at 1719 Montford Drive. Our ideal candidates are attentive, motivated, and engaged with previous front desk and customer service experience with another kennel or vet. Weekend shifts and holidays will be required. This person will also be required to train in group with the dogs until we think they are ready to handle the front desk duties. Starting pay is $15 per hour for this position with a raise to $17 per hour following full training!

FRONT DESK KENNEL OR VET EXPERIENCE IS AGAIN REQUIRED!

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Cash customers in and out and ensure transactions match payments
• Be comfortable with dogs and be able to handle animals, you will need to bring dogs out to customers
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources Qualifications
• Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position at kennel/vet
• Knowledge of square payment system
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
