We are currently seeking someone who has experience with the Opera operating system. This position is second shift and requires self management and attention to detail. Responsibilities Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies Be present for all guest concerns Reconcile accounts Balance the cash drawer and log receipts Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts Keep accurate financial records and ledgers Help prepare for forecasts and audits Skills Basic computer operations Opera property management system knowledge Good guest service communication Ability to be self managed and have little over sight
