Fixed hours of 3PM-11PM MON-FRI. Our team here believes in a friendly environment and work together. This job will be a walk in the park for someone who needs a fun job as we make our work area fun. Previous hotel experience is not needed, but it will be a plus and deciding factor if there is one. Job Responsibilities

• Room Assignments, Changes, and Issues
• Checks guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner.
• Efficiently handles all payments received whether they are cash, credit card, checks, or traveler’s checks. Balances/verifies all monetary transactions in the appropriate accounts.
• Offers guests assistance whenever possible.
• Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services.
• Responsible for positively representing and promoting the property.
• Ensures that the lobby and front desk area is clean, organized, visually appealing, and well stocked with all necessary supplies.
• Reports any maintenance, security, or safety issues to the appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned by managers.

Pay will be with industry average or above ($11.75 to $13.50) with small bonus every 3 months based on experience and performance of the employee and hotel. Again, this will be a relaxing front desk job as we believe in making a fun work environment.
