The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Front Desk Agent will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and assist with inquiries to enhance the overall guest experience. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Process payments and manage billing procedures. Conduct night audits as required to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Strong skills in guest relations and communication. Proficient in phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest services. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is an advantage.
