Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk Baymont Inn and Suites 474 Western Boulevard, Jacksonville, NC 28546 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest services in a hotel or resort environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the hotel management system. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting at the end of each day. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls from guests or potential customers. Experience Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within a hotel or resort setting is preferred. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
