Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Campground Manager and Campground Attendent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a few main functions: problem solving & handling issues as they arise, and being the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. You will handle reservations, the campground office, and provide exceptional customer service to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Warmly welcome guests and campground visitors, answering questions and providing information about our facilities and services.
Communication:
Answer phones promptly and professionally, delivering efficient and friendly service.
Office Operations:
The Manager will be responsible for managing the campground office, including sales, stocking, merchandising, ordering supplies, making reservations, and assigning campsites. The attendant will ensure office operational procudures are followed.
Point-of-Sale:
Operate the point-of-sale system and cash register accurately and efficiently.
Promotion:
Promote campground services, facilities, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Issue Resolution:
Address minor guest concerns and inform management of significant issues, complaints, or disturbances.
Daily Tasks:
Perform daily tasks such as campground walkthroughs, guest check-ins/outs, and documenting adjustments, refunds, and bookings.
Professionalism:
Maintain a professional image through appearance, behavior, and dress.
Cleanliness:
Assist in keeping the campground office, store, and guest areas clean, neat, and tidy.
Teamwork:
Work with all areas and departments within the campground to ensure campground and site prepardness as well as assist other areas when needed.
Additional Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned to support campground operations.
Qualifications:
