Front Desk Associate Holiday Inn 101 Wintergreen Drive, Lumberton, NC 28358

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
• Handle guest requests for amenities, room service, and other services
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform night audit duties as required

Experience:

• Previous experience in guest services or front desk role preferred
• Knowledge of hospitality management and hotel operations
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
