Shifts needed:

Daily either 8:00 am-2 pm or 2 pm-6:30 pm Pay Range $15 – $18/hour based on previous Guest Services experience. Pay Type Hourly Qualifications Hungry, humble & smart team player Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Assist guest requests with scheduling and other concerns Execute all guest check in and check out procedures as needed May lead 1 evening activity per week Accommodate all guests requests (Find a way to WOW guests) Assist with gift shop purchases Assist with scheduling spa appointments and private sessions Assist with transportation needs Coordinating travel and meals to-go for departing guests Coordinating pre-arrival paperwork, swag, and amenities Scanning and filing documents Other tasks as needed
