Guest Service Agent The Aesthetics Lounge and Spa – Raleigh Raleigh, NC 27615 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team at The Aesthetics Lounge and Spa Raleigh. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about our services and products. Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with their requests. Use Boulevard scheduling software for client management and appointment booking. Conduct appointment reminders, confirm bookings, and handle cancellations as necessary. Assist with cash handling, including recording daily cash deposits and transaction details. Support event coordination and team communication, helping with planning and execution. Conduct audits with Management as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their procedures. Promote our services and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance job skills. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Skills Previous experience in the Medical Spa industry or as a front desk agent is strongly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in phone/email etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure in a team environment. Experience using Boulevard a plus. $18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
