Full Job Description Overview:
The Guest Service Representative staffs and leads all operations of the Front Desk in the WakeMed Heart Center Inn. Responsibilities include registration of guests, check-in/check-out process, arranging for special guest accommodations, coordination with other WakeMed departments and physician’s offices regarding guest needs, guest billing, and daily operations of the WakeMed Heart Center Inn.

EOE Licensure:
