Summary As a Front Desk Agent at Home2 Suites by Hilton Boone, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is vital in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional guest services that align with our commitment to comfort and convenience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone and in-person. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Ensure the front desk area is well-maintained and organized at all times. Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately. Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs. Qualifications Proven experience in front desk operations or hospitality management preferred, but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with hotel management software (PEP) is preferred but not required. Ability to adapt to serving diverse guests. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor with strong phone etiquette.
