In this position you will be responsible for guest registration, making reservations, and providing guests with information about the hotel and the local area. Work Performed As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay. Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations in sometimes fast-paced environment Communicate relevant shift information to next shift and direct supervisor Welcome guests, check them in/out, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities Take payment and resolve any payment discrepancies Respond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner Explain local amenities and attractions to guests Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special guest requests Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order Perform duties as outlined in the training procedures, following standard operating procedures.
