Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests. Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Skills Strong background in hospitality or hotel management is preferred. Experience in front desk operations or customer service roles is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective guest relations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Proficiency in hospitality management software is advantageous.
