Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Your main responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with night audit duties as needed
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Assist with guest services such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending dining options
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with hotel management systems is beneficial
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
