Please remember that the hotel functions seven (7) days a week and twenty-four (24) hours per day. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries and reservations efficiently. Maintain accurate records of guest information and appointments using computer systems. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front desk operations. Must be able to work weekends PEP System experience preferred
