As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring a memorable stay.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. Manage reservations, process payments, and operate the phone system. Perform night audit duties as required. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Organize, stock, and maintain the hotel’s market shop. Ensure all market shop items are properly restocked and that no expired products are available for sale. Conduct front desk inventory and maintain accurate records. Follow waste management procedures to ensure a clean and eco-friendly environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is required . Bilingual prefered and IHG experience is strongly Prefered Strong communication skills; fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Knowledge of front desk operations and guest service best practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems. Ability to stand for extended periods. Capability to lift up to 20 lbs.
