We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who:

• Is confident and able to think on his/her feet Responsibilities include:
• Greeting & socializing with guests upon arrival & in passing
• Navigating guests around the local area, invoke discovery with recommendations for shopping, sight-seeing etc.
• Professionally & politely answering questions & responding to any guests needs
• Communicating internally with other departments when necessary to resolve a guest concern or request.
• Resolving guest challenges and taking appropriate action to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Processing payments according to procedures.
• Assisting guests with reservations, checking guests in and out upon arrival and departure.
