Availability Requirement:
Must be available for at least one weekend day and one evening shift per week Red Hots Spa, a high-end luxury day spa with two locations, is seeking a polished, professional, and high-performing Front Desk Associate to join our team. We deliver five-star spa experiences, and we are looking for someone who can operate with that same level of excellence and attention to detail.
Who You Are:
Experienced in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, beauty, spa, or salon environments Able to manage a heavy staff scheduling book while staying calm, focused, and detail-oriented A proactive thinker who can prioritize, multitask, and see opportunities to improve the client and team experience Skilled in booking quality appointments and performing thorough, accurate consultations/ confirmations Knowledgeable or eager to learn about spa services and how they work together Tech-savvy and familiar with POS systems and scheduling software (Mevo experience a plus) Well-spoken, organized, dependable, and solution-oriented Naturally friendly, poised, and comfortable in a fast-paced, luxury setting A dependable team player who goes above and beyond to support the guest journey and the spa team
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients with professionalism, warmth, and polish Book appointments strategically and accurately, ensuring services are timed and paired properly Perform comprehensive appointment confirmations that protect the quality and flow of the spa day Manage a full and dynamic service schedule for multiple staff across both locations Coordinate service timing, staff availability, and client requests in real time Support front desk flow including check-in/out, retail transactions, and gift card sales Upsell services and products where appropriate with confidence and brand knowledge Learn and retain menu offerings, service groupings, and product knowledge Identify scheduling or service opportunities and communicate them clearly and efficiently Maintain a neat, calm, and elevated front desk experience for all guests and team members
Requirements:
1+ year experience in a front desk, scheduling, or luxury customer service role Must be available at least one weekend day and one evening shift per week Flexibility to work at either Roslyn or Garden City Hotel location Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Excellent verbal communication, follow-through, and organizational skills Proficiency with computers and booking software (Mevo or similar preferred) Knowledge of spa, wellness, or beauty services a strong plus A passion for customer service and delivering high-end experiences Motivated to learn, grow, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team

PM Thursday:
10 AM•7
PM Sunday:
