  • We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills for the position of Guest Service Agent. No hotel experience is required however, you must have previous customer-facing experience. We are excited to train new hotel professionals for the right persons.
  • Candidates with Hotel experience will be prioritized.
  • Must have consistent work history.

As the Guest Service Agent, you are happy to assist guests at every opportunity. You are a service-minded person with responsibilities in reservations & front desk in addition to collaborating with housekeeping and engineering. You take pride in your appearance and in your work. The best Hotel Staff member will have tremendous patience when working with guests and accommodate their needs with enthusiasm and poise at every opportunity. You will learn the culture of the hotel and follow the lead of your manager. You are a team player and can easily work alone. You retain information and are a great communicator. Some Responsibilities included but not limited to: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and make them feel welcome. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Administering check-ins and check-outs. Complete the daily shift checklist Updating Extranets, answering phones, and emails. Completing tasks assigned daily such as Billing, Reservations as well as standard Front desk services. Verify guest information, process payments, and issue room keys Coordinating with bell service and staff management. Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice. Accommodating general and unique requests. Diffusing fragile situations with exceptional customer service. To be considered, you must meet these minimum requirements: High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of Customer Service experience Professional command of the English language in both written and verbal communication Excellent time management with unwavering integrity Must be a patient person with a positive disposition The ability to follow directions as instructed Must have open availability with no weekly schedule restrictions

Schedule:

32 hours to 40 hours per week (based on business needs) Priority will be given to resumes with the following:

  • Hotel Experience
  • Knowledge of Opera V5 or Cloud
