Front Desk Agent Hotel Concord East Syracuse 6605 Old Collamer Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary. Maintain an organized filing system for guest records and office documents. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth desk operations and enhance guest experience. Uphold confidentiality standards while handling sensitive information. Manage cash drawer during shift. Experience Previous experience as a front desk team member is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for this position. Experience with Choice
