You are the first and last face our guests see, and the one who keeps our service cycle running like clockwork. This position is the heartbeat of daily operations, ensuring everything flows smoothly for our guests and our team. What You’ll Do:

Be the hub of all front desk activity—check-ins, checkouts, guest flow, and everything in between Master our salon software (STX) and understand how our Service Cycle works from beginning to end Open and close the salon with precision—handling all daily procedures with consistency Support service and retail goals (KPIs) by recommending take-home products and booking follow-up appointments Answer phones with professionalism, greet every guest with warmth, and keep appointment scheduling seamless Troubleshoot issues at the front desk and find smart solutions quickly Keep communication clear between guests, team members, and management Flag any issues that need attention to the owner/manager right away
