Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
• Assist guests with reservations and provide information about hotel services
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Perform night audit duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred but not required
• Proficiency with phone systems and hotel management software
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
