Job Overview:

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. Full time or Seasonal positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service (retail, hospitality or F&B preferred)
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficiency in using computers, software and phone systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
