Provide our guests with extraordinary customer service at all times Anticipate guests service needs Communicate with other departments to ensure that our guests receive the best service Check guests in/out of the hotel in a courteous & timely manner Process new reservations, make changes to existing reservations & payments Team player/self-starter/able to work independently & with others Knowledge of the surrounding area. Articulately communicate both verbally and in writing Detail-oriented, great organization, great multi-tasking skills Professional attitude, and expectations Positive and upbeat attitude and demeanor Recognizes & resolves problems quickly & efficiently, able to seek help when necessary Works with the public in a calm, courteous, friendly and professional manner The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Candidates must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays to be considered for employment. Flexible, open availability is favorable.
