Front Desk Associate Cobblestone Inn and Suites 328 Depot St, Saint Marys, PA 15857 Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Handle reservations and cancellations
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Process payments and maintain guest accounts
• Assist with night audit procedures if required Experience
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
• Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
