Assist with room assignments and manage reservations effectively. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Experience Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with hospitality management or hotel management systems is a plus. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests. A background in front desk operations or night audit processes is beneficial but not mandatory.
