Manage reservations through phone systems and online platforms, ensuring accuracy in bookings. Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with precision. Skills Proficiency in customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction. Strong phone etiquette and experience using phone systems effectively. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures. Experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Ability to perform night audit duties accurately. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with guests and team members.
