Front Desk Associate for 3pm-11pm & Night Shift Philadelphia Suites – An Extended Stay Hotel at Philadelphia International Airport Philadelphia, PA 19153 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at Philadelphia Suites – An Extended Stay Hotel. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires excellent guest service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Agent will play a key role in guest relations and contribute to the overall hospitality experience. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Conduct night audits as required to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone calls and messages effectively. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Assist in managing reservations through various booking systems while maintaining data confidentiality. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities. Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing guest relations. Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous but not required. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members alike.
