Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent Comfort Inn Lake Ariel Lake Ariel, PA 18436 •Shifts are Overnight 11pm-7am Fri & Sat with a rotating 3pm -11pm shift as needed• Our Comfort Inn needs a Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to serve as the face of our business and senior management’s connection with our guests. We’re looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once. Overnight responsibilities will include light office cleaning, auditing daily processes, and printing and sending revenue reports. Monitoring the security and safety of the hotel. Communicating overnight issues to morning staff in a productive manner. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests’ needs and complaints. You’ll be corresponding with guests through email, over the phone and in person. If you’ve worked in the hospitality industry before, we definitely want to talk to you. However, we’re willing to train the right applicant. Front Desk Agent responsibilities Answer the phone at the front desk to respond to current and prospective guests’ needs Book reservations for individuals, families and groups as required Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk Schedule special services, such as spa treatments, when guests inquire Refer guests to local amenities and venues Communicate guests’ requests and complaints to the appropriate department Front Desk Agent skills: High school diploma/GED required 4+ years’ customer service experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Friendly phone manner a must. Willingness to work nights, overnight, weekends and holidays. Familiarity with the hospitality industry a plus. Ability to pass background check. Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
