No matter whether a guest arrives weary from their travels or excited for a vacation, making them feel like they at home away from home. We are looking someone to work 11pm to 7am shifts. You must have reliable transportation. Being on time and at work when scheduled and in business casual entire. We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform
- Problem solving
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process reservations and cancellations in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Front desk is responsible for folding laundry during either morning or afternoon shift
Experience:
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations professionally
- Microsoft Word
- Proficient with windows computer
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems
