The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and experience with customer service. This is a 3 day position. (1) 7a-3p shift and (2) 3p-11p shifts.position with lots of responsibilities, which include assisting guests with any requests, answering the phones, checking guests in and maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries relative to reservations and room charges. Maintain a high standard of customer service in the lobby.
