In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, assisting guests with inquiries, and facilitating a seamless check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, contributing to an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in managing reservations and room assignments. Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings when appropriate. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Experience working at the front desk or in a similar role is an asset. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with guests.
