Animal Care:
Feeding and Watering:
Ensure dogs receive appropriate meals and fresh water according to their dietary needs and schedule.
Walking and Exercise:
Supervise and engage with dogs during outdoor and indoor playtime to meet their exercise requirements.
Cleaning:
Maintain clean kennels, runs, and play areas, including cleaning up after the dogs.
Medication Administration:
Administer medications to dogs as prescribed by veterinarians and according to directions provided by owners.
Behavioral Monitoring:
Observe dogs for signs of illness, injury, or behavioral changes, and report any issues to management.
Customer Service:
Check-in and Check-out:
Greet dog owners, complete forms, and answer questions about boarding procedures.
Communication:
Maintain open communication with dog owners, providing updates on their pets’ well-being.
Special Requests:
Accommodate special requests, such as specific feeding instructions or playtime preferences.
General Responsibilities:
Safety:
Prioritize the safety of all dogs in the facility.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of dog care, including feeding schedules, medications, and behavioral observations.
Compliance:
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, as well as local animal welfare regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
Bathing:
Bathe dogs as needed or requested by owners.
Enrichment Activities:
Provide mental and physical stimulation through toys, puzzles, and training exercises.
Socialization:
