In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing various front desk operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, including handling reservations and payments. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information. Skills Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage reservations and records accurately. Familiarity with hospitality software systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
