Charleston, SC Employment Type:

[ Part-Time] 16.5 hours a week guaranteed, 20 hours a week optional

Schedule:

9:30AM-4PM Saturdays and Sundays, Tuesdays 9:30AM-1PM (these shifts are required), option to add one additional shift any weekday 9:30-1PM.

Pay:

$16/hour to start; after 3 months increase to $17/hour, after 6 months increase to $18/hour.

The Role:

We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable wearing multiple hats—checking in guests with a smile and turning over a bunk room with care. This position blends front desk hospitality with professional, commercial housekeeping , perfect for someone who’s organized, personable, and doesn’t mind making beds with hospital corners or chatting with someone from across the world—all in the same hour.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Front Desk Tasks:

Greet and check in guests (with genuine friendliness!) Handle phone, email, and walk-in inquiries Assist with bookings and basic admin using our reservation system Share your favorite local eats, coffee spots, and hidden Charleston gems Keep the vibe welcoming and inclusive

Housekeeping Tasks:

Make beds and prep rooms for arriving guests Tidy and clean shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, lounge, etc.) Laundry management (wash, dry and fold all linens and towels) Keep supplies stocked and areas guest-ready Alert the team about any repairs or maintenance needs You’d Be a
