This position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and welcoming environment, providing outstanding service to our guests during the evening shift.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment processing Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person Process reservations and cancellations with attention to detail Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties, work hours and/or responsibilities for this job at any time.
