Front Office Coordinator Best Western West Ashley and Sleep Inn West Ashley 1540 Savannah Highway, Charleston, SC 29407 Job Overview As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of guest accounts
- Operate the front desk computer system and handle phone calls efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with guest relations and provide information about hotel services and amenities Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of front desk operations and night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and phone systems
