What you’ll do Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out. Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empathy. Process payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts. Enter and update reservation information in the system. Collaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status. Maintain the front desk ensuring the area is clean, welcoming, and organized. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Preferred 1 year of customer service experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities are constantly changing.
