This position is staffed through an agency , offering the flexibility and autonomy of working as an independent contractor . Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process. Manage phone calls and inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences. Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and transactions. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
