The Guest Services Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to vacation guests from initial inquiry through departure. This role involves proactive communication, issue resolution, and ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience at every step. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of guest services, including reservations, pre-arrival communications, and in-stay support. Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, Online Travel Agency (OTA) and Streamline, our vacation rental management software. Process pet fees and security deposits for new reservations, ensuring all are collected. Responsible for requesting security deposits for applicable reservations booked during shift. Run reports to ensure all deposits have been paid by incoming guests. Post replies to positive Airbnb/Google reviews; escalate negative reviews to management. Conduct post-checkout calls to hotel guests to gather feedback and request Google reviews. Handle select maintenance issues by coordinating with vendors (e.g., Comcast, lock replacements, mailing guest items). Assist with special projects. Submit daily task summaries to management and owners.
