The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Participation and meeting required goals set with in the company on guest feedback scores, loyalty programs. Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Maintain office management tasks, ensuring that the front desk area is organized and welcoming. Utilize computer systems for reservations, check-outs, check-ins, housekeeping reporting, Night audit reporting, shift reporting, etc. Provide support as a personal assistant to management when required. Ensure that lobby is welcoming and clean. Market area stocked. Experience Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience with PEP property management system preferred but not required Kipsu experience preferred but not required. A friendly demeanor combined with strong interpersonal skills to create a positive first impression for clients and visitors.
