Answer phone calls and assistwith reservations or guest needs. Communicate with housekeeping andmaintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Resolve guestcomplaints promptly and professionally. Utilize basic computerskills to manage reservations and payments. Maintain a clean andorganized front desk area. Follow all hotel policies and proceduresto ensure smooth operations.

Minimum of 1-2 years in hotel frontdesk or hospitality roles.
