Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our Marriott team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests from check-in to check-out. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns effectively. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Skills Strong background in hospitality or hotels is preferred but not required Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit processes is advantageous. Ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; multilingual skills are a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
