Job Description
Audit and Guest Services Agent Pirates Voyage Myrtle Beach 8907 North Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 PURPOSE
OF POSITION
To provide all guests with a positive interactive experience that exceeds their expectations in friendliness, customer service, and information that sets the stage for their total experience. To ensure proper deposit procedures. Run reports and summaries for Ticket Sales.
MUST HAVE
Phone Experience and Computer Skills Preferred but not required: Audit/Cash Room Experience Ages 18 and Up Hours are from 1PM – 8:30PM for a one/two show day or 1PM – 11PM for a three/four show day.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ability to sell tickets and pre-sells, describe product accurately, ability to close the sale. Must have excellent telephone presentation skills for guest contact Adhere to all rules and regulations governing the handling of money and security. Proper and efficient set up of assigned workstation. Exhibit a positive, courteous attitude to all guests and fellow employees at all times. Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance at the job.
