Front Desk Agent Oceanfront Resort 2007 South Ocean Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. This is a year round 2nd shift position (3-11pm). Weekends are a must. Serious inquiries only, please. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this position. Duties Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage phone systems effectively, addressing inquiries and directing calls as needed. Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain organized records of guest information and office management tasks. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to guests. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. Uphold confidentiality of guest information while adhering to company policies. Requirements Previous front desk experience IQWare knowledge a plus Proficiency in using computerized systems for booking. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. weekends are required.
