What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Part-Time Guest Services Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic vacation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing warm and efficient assistance to guests during check-in and check-out. Answering guest inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude, both in person and over the phone. Using our computer systems to manage reservations and update guest information accurately. Processing payments efficiently and accurately. Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Utilizing basic computer skills, including email and navigating our software. Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
