Summary As a Guest Service Agent at Beach Cove Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive outstanding service from check-in to check-out. This role is crucial in upholding our commitment to guest satisfaction and enhancing the overall experience at our resorts. Responsibilities Answer guest questions and offer information and assistance Answer telephones promptly always stating name and greeting as scripted Perform all computer-related activities including guest reservations, arrivals, departures, and payment processing Efficiently check guests in and out Communicate with other departments to fulfill guest needs Keep the work area neat and organized Store keys in secure area Report all unsafe conditions immediately Update guest information in the computer system accurately and promptly Complete and submit work orders to Maintenance Staff in a timely manner Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred. Strong communication skills. Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is beneficial. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for providing excellent customer service.
