Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through Lightspeed POS, phone systems and in-person requests. Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services offered. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold the highest standards of phone etiquette while handling incoming calls. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with Lightspeed POS management software and phone systems is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
